OUR PACK POLICIES

Canine Vaccines Required:

DHLPP (distemper, adeno, Leptospirosis, parainfluenza, parvo)*
Rabies
Bordetella (or Kennel Cough)**
Canine Influenza***

*best when administered 3 weeks prior to boarding

**Required every 6 months, and most effective 14 days prior to arrival

***Effective February 15, 2025, this will be a REQUIRED vaccine!

Recommended:

Flea/Tick medication
Heartworm medication

We accept dogs who are 16 weeks of age and have received the required vaccines.

We only accept dogs who are neutered or spayed for daycare. The only exception is for puppies who are 16 weeks- 6 months and not in heat.

Dogs will need to complete our Meet and Greet before they can participate in group play. The first meet and greet is FREE. Any additional Meet and Greet sessions are $15. Plan for the Meet and Greet to take approximately 1 hour and we highly recommend your pup stay for at least a half day of daycare afterwards.

If your dog is not able to meet the standards for safe, group play, they can try again! We ask that you seek some training for your dog and other socialization options. Then, we can reschedule for a second Meet and Greet!

It is natural dog behavior to form packs as they begin to play. For this reason, we highly recommend that if you plan to have your pup in our open play groups that they arrive at our facility by 11am. Check out time is available during all of our open hours, 7 days a week, 7:00am-6:30pm. If you are boarding your pup, you can pick up by 2:30pm. After 2:30pm, you will be charged a half day of daycare.
